GDC Homes
Martin Ginsburg, founder and principal of GDC Homes, is first and foremost an architect. As a result of his attention to design, site planning and detail, GDC's developments have won numerous design awards and community planning awards.
With over 40 years of experience and leadership, GDC has built many of Westchester's most successful and prestigious luxury developments including Boulder Ridge, Clarewood, Pondside, Park Ridge Village, Mystic Pointe and Winchester Villages. Today GDC Properties boasts a diverse portfolio comprised of shopping centers, apartment communities, residential condominiums and office buildings.

Hudson River Sculpture Trail
The Hudson River Sculpture Trail is a visionary and ambitious project for the Hudson River. The goal is to bring 100 significant outdoor sculptures to the banks of the Hudson River from Manhattan to Saratoga by September 2009, when the celebration of the Hudson-Fulton-Champlain Quadricentennial will take place.

Casperkill Golf Course
Set in the rolling countryside of the Hudson River Highlands of Dutchess County, The Casperkill Golf Club offers the ideal golf experience. Built in 1944, we offer a classic Robert Trent Jones challenge, rated four stars by Golf Digest. You will understand why after playing here amidst tranquil ponds, magnificent ancient oaks, and the meandering Casperkill Creek. The course graciously makes use of the rolling hills with elevated tees, manicured valley fairways and well-bunkered, terraced greens that make each round a new challenge.

Downtown Bridgeport Revitalization
Just a few minutes’ walk from the MetroNorth station awaits a surprisingly hip downtown lifestyle in Bridgeport, Connecticut. Spacious and modern housing in historic buildings is on its way to the new downtown Bridgeport, where theaters, restaurants and shops have been flourishing for some time now. We are renovating twenty-six buildings in four phases in conjunction with Urban Green Builders.

Hudson Ferry-Go-Round
2006 was a record breaking year for The Hudson Ferry-Go-Round! In just one day we provided almost 10,000 rides between Ossining, Tarrytown, Peekskill and Haverstraw. Events included Peekskill Celebration, Ossining Street Fair, Sleepy Hollow Street Fair, Haverstraw Arts Event, Peekskill Project, Taste of Tarrytown and Haverstraw International Street Fair. In 2007 we will expand our September day to an entire weekend and incorporate Yonkers into the festivities as their pier becomes available again.

Peekskill's Waterfront Revitalization
In February 2004 Ginsburg Development Companies was named designated developer for the Peekskill waterfront revitalization project. Since that time GDC has and is currently undertaking the necessary environmental approval items. Upon completion, the Peekskill waterfront will consist of 500 new residential units, a 475 car municipal parking garage, several new parks, boutique shops & restaurants, new sidewalks and public access to the waterfront, and more. This new urban community will be of the Greenwich village setting and style but with it's own Peekskill character and charm that will make it unique.

River Stone Antiques & Design Center
River Stone Antiques & Design Center is located in Haverstraw, NY, a small village on the Hudson River located less than one hour from New York City. It features 20,000 square feet of elegant booths, showcases, and event space in the newly renovated historic Stone Building.
